Tasks:

The primary focus of the (Senior) Manager, aviation fuelling operations is to manage small and large engineering & construction projects in the field of aviation fuelling. This includes:

• The primary focus of the (Senior) Manager, Aviation Fuelling Operations is to set-up and manage into-plane fuelling and/or fuelling infrastructure operations. This includes:

• Providing overall management of fuelling infrastructure and into-plane activities 

• Responsible for the start-up, management and execution of operations, quality control, stock management  and maintenance on receipt, storage and distribution infrastructure for aviation fuel as well as into-plane activities

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, fuel operators, airport and authorities

• Responsible for hiring and training of employees

• Inspect existing fuelling infrastructure operations and into-plane activities in accordance with Joint Inspection Group (JIG) or other standards

• Set-up and execute tailor-made Technical Service Agreements on fuelling infrastructure operations and into-plane activities

What we’re looking for:

​

• You hold a bachelor/master degree in engineering/technology/IT

• 5-10 years (15-20 for senior) of work experience in aviation fuelling services is an advantage

• Good knowledge of the aviation fuelling procedures, quality control, HSSE and operations is an advantage

• Ambitious and creative mind with a knack for innovative ideas

• Ability to work alone or in team

• You are resilient and determined yet flexible when required

• Cultural sensitivity and willingness to travel

• You have strong conceptual & analytical skills

• Knowledge of use of IT tools

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Living in Belgium or any other city with a smooth travel connection to Brussels is an advantage
